We are Peter and Linda, the husband/wife duo behind Saturday Dumpling Co., and we couldn’t be more excited to share our dumplings with you! We started SDC because we often found ourselves craving the staple comfort food from our childhoods (especially after a late night out). So with Peter’s mom’s recipes as inspiration, we started making dumplings for ourselves and friends, every step from scratch just like mom does. It wasn’t long before we started receiving messages from strangers, asking how they could place an order for our dumplings, and so began our adventure creating Saturday Dumpling Co. It’s given us so much joy to be able to share a part of our childhood with so many people, and now you! Thank you for trying our dumplings. Thank you for letting us feed you.
