SDC started quite literally out of a garage where we would make dumplings every day in our condo and customers would come pick up on Saturdays. What started as a small pandemic project ballooned into something so much more. We now sell into retail stores, offer catering services, and have a team of the most hard working employees! We are still in the kitchen every week, making the same great tasting dumplings that started it all from day one plus so much more.
We're embarking on a new adventure this fall, and opening up our very first restaurant. With our life savings, and some help from family, we are funding the entire project ourselves. SDC has always bootstrapped and been creative since our very first dumpling drop, and this restaurant will be no different.
Every business has unforeseen challenges, especially in the food industry, and it is our hope to use this fundraiser to help buffer all the road bumps ahead. Every donation, large or small, will be invested into the business to provide a foundation for continued success. In return, each donation tier comes with some amazing rewards.
