We take ground chicken thigh and saute with red curry paste, red onions, and red and green bell peppers - this makes the kitchen smell incredible. We then add this mix to coconut jasmine rice, and the result is something that transports you to SE Asia. This dumpling is so flavorful that it does not need a sauce. Spice shy friends, please note that this is a touch over Minnesota-spice levels. It's enough to definitely let you know it's there, but not enough to ruin your night and possibly the following morning.
